One thing that I can say for the times when my brother has to ask me to help fix an issue that has come up with his computer is that the problem is always an interesting one. He never seems to be the person who makes small mistakes. He always nearly completely destroys the system. I am so glad that this latest trip over there turned out to be a simple matter of restoring lost music that he had deleted.
